The information is used to assess and respond to availability enquiries and to protect the form from malicious use. Submitting the form does not create a confirmed reservation.

Recipients and third-party services

Access is limited to authorised members of the business and essential hosting and email providers. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data to identify automated or malicious activity. Personal information is not sold.

Retention

Availability enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is required to fulfil a reservation or comply with a legal obligation.
